Who

United Ag and Turf, one of the largest equipment dealers in North America, sells, rents, services, and maintains John Deere Ag, Turf, Construction, and Forestry equipment.

I worked with their Northeastern region which has 44+ physical locations across 7 states.

The Ask

United had recently purchased several other equipment dealers in their area, struggling to combine their brandings without offputting past customers.

A full-scale rebrand was needed to develop guidelines across logo usage, typography, photography, digital asset creation, advertising, and more.

MoodBoard
Direction

For the MoodBoard, I pulled in all of their current asks, problems, and creative to understand their starting point and future direction. I linked direct quotes from the client meeting to visual elements to explain every decision.

Concepts

We provided two possible directions with their needs in mind, one themed in the past that showcased their age and expertise while another that looked to the future with excitement and energy.

Outcome

The client loved both directions but was drawn to the more modern look. I developed guidelines in logo usage, typography, colors, photography, digital asset creation, and advertising examples.

NASCAR

The brand has since been implemented onto a NASCAR Car for the 2024 season. Below are the social ads I made to showcase the NASCAR announcement.

Email

The new brand guide is being used on all fronts including the emails that I design monthly.

Animated
Digital Ads

These are examples of how the brand is utilized across all mediums. Animation breathes life into these rough-and-tough digital ads.

Apparel

This was requested by the client showcasing a realistic harvester as it would be in a store. This was given to all United Ag and Turf staff.
