Who
Bandit Industries is known for engineering, manufacturing, and supporting high-quality tree care and wood chipping equipment. Their wide range of equipment can be found at any dealer across the US.
The Ask
Redesign their current home page and one product detail page to re-focus messaging and create a more easily navigatable website that includes more resources and information without it being cluttered.

Pulling in their likes and current homepage onto one XD board allowed me perspective to easily compare.
Homepage Before
Before, the homepage didn’t have a clear path for a potential customer to follow. If you needed to know what types of equipment they had or where you could find them, it was a challenge
Homepage After
My goal with the homepage was to create the easiest path for potential customers to identify what equipment they might need and where to find it without being overwhelmed.
I used sliders to show types of equipment and offer to showcase their options without overwhelming the user. I also included two “direct actions” sections to get them to their equipment with ease.
Product Page Before
Before, the product page was not easy for the customer navigate as customers had to look to other web pages to find videos or download PDFs to get information on products.
Result
The design received rave reviews, and it was sent off to be developed into their current website.

Inspired by online retailers, I pulled all the information about the product into an easily navigable page.
